Los Angeles: Actor Jason Momoa is the latest addition to the cast of 'Copperhead'.
The film is directed by John Swab and produced by Black Label Media alongside Miles Teller's production company Lime Tree Productions and Swab, according to entertainment news outlet Deadline.
The film also stars Tenoch Huerta, Adria Arjona and Kiefer Sutherland alongside Momoa.
'Copperhead' revolves around an undercover drug deal that erupts into violence, forcing a veteran detective to team up with a federal agent to unravel a conspiracy within their elite task force, according to the official logline.
There is no information yet about Momoa's character in the film.
Momoa recently starred alongside Dave Bautista in the Amazon MGM action comedy 'The Wrecking Crew'. He will next feature in 'Street Fighter', based on the video game series, 'Dune: Part Three', in which he reprises his role as Duncan Idaho, and 'A Minecraft Movie Squared', among other projects.
