The first ODI of India's three-match series against Sri Lanka, originally scheduled to be held in New Delhi on December 13 (Sunday) has been moved to Visakhapatnam, the BCCI announced on Thursday.
"The venue change has been made following a request from the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA), in view of the potential weather disruption and the proposed renovation work at the stadium. The match will now be played at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on December 13, 2026," BCCI said in a statement.
India will play three ODIs and three T20Is against Sri Lanka next month. The second and the third ODI matches will be played in Bengaluru on December 18 and Ahmedabad on December 19, respectively.
