The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has called for a fresh protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on Sunday, October 11, demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in electoral rolls.
In a post on X, the party announced that the march would begin at 10 am and said protests would continue across the country until Kumar resigned.

CJP national organisation in-charge Ajinkya Shinde, who led Saturday’s protest, said the party would not retreat despite the detention of protesters, activists and political leaders.
“As many people as you detain, we will not go back till Gyanesh Kumar resigns. We will head to Jantar Mantar again at 10 am tomorrow,” Shinde said.
The party said its civil disobedience campaign was aimed at seeking accountability over the alleged deletion and manipulation of 13 crore votes. CJP representatives also accused the authorities of imposing an “undeclared Emergency” in the national capital to prevent peaceful assembly.
