New Delhi: Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar's romantic drama, starring ‘Saiyaara’ breakout Ahaan Pandey and ‘Alpha' star Sharvari, has been titled ‘Beparwah’, the makers announced on Monday.
Produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, the film marks Zafar's return to the production house after a gap of almost a decade. He last directed 2017's ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ for YRF.
‘Beparwah’ is set to open in theatres globally on March 26, 2027.
YRF shared the announcement with a post on an Instagram handle on Monday, which featured the film's poster. In the poster, the actors stand in front of each other with their foreheads touching. Panday is holding a gun, and Sharvari has a guitar.
"Fearless in love… #Beparwah in cinemas on 26th March 2027," read the caption.
The romantic action drama has been extensively shot in the UK and also features Aaishvary Thackeray and Bobby Deol, among others.
Zafar and YRF have earlier worked on hit projects such as ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, ‘Gunday’, ‘Sultan’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’.
‘Saiyaara’, which was released in July last year, made a star out of its leads -- Ahaan and Aneet Padda, while Sharvari earned critical acclaim for her turn in Imtiaz Ali's Partition drama ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’.
